Sharon McElligott | Managing Principal

”A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Sharon is a highly skilled solicitor worth more than 25 years experience in general practice”. In addition to her legal qualifications, Sharon is a trained collaborative family lawyer, an accredited mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland and a founder member of South Dublin Collaborative Lawyers and Mediators.

Sharon serves on the Guidance and Ethics Committee of the Law Society and is a member of the Society’s Practice Management Standard Working Group. She is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, the Medical Injury Alliance and Medico Legal Society.

Patrick Martin | Solicitor

Patrick Martin qualified as a solicitor and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in May 2000. Since qualifying he has accumulated vast knowledge and experience in the areas of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, and Landlord and Tenant.

He also has a diploma in Insolvency Law, a BA in Languages and International Marketing, and is fluent in French with a good working knowledge of German and Spanish.

Nadia Zorat | Solicitor

Nadia is a lawyer qualified in Argentina and holds an LL.M in International Law from Griffith College Dublin.

She supports the solicitors across a range of matters and joined the practice in 2026

Michelle is a qualified legal secretary and administrator.  Her role is to ensure the efficient running of the office.  Michelle joined the practice in 2001.

Nicole Weadick | Legal Intern

“Nicole is a legal intern currently pursuing an LLB at South East Technological University Carlow, with an expected graduation date of 2027.

She holds a Level 5 qualification in Legal Studies and is working towards commencing her FE-1 examinations and progressing to professional legal training at Blackhall Place.
