Patrick Martin | Solicitor
Patrick Martin qualified as a solicitor and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in May 2000. Since qualifying he has accumulated vast knowledge and experience in the areas of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, and Landlord and Tenant.
He also has a diploma in Insolvency Law, a BA in Languages and International Marketing, and is fluent in French with a good working knowledge of German and Spanish. |
Mairtín Kearney | Solicitor
Specialising in conveyancing and civil litigation, Mairtín qualified as a Solicitor over 20 years ago. Before qualifying he had managed to build up considerable experience acting for builders in new homes developments, and post-qualification he moved into residential/commercial conveyancing and family law.
Over the years he has added probate and personal injuries litigation to his repertoire. He has experience in all of the private client-related areas and prides himself on rapid responses and clear communication to clients. |
Deblogna ( Dee) Bagchi: Legal Executive & Pre Training Solicitor
Dee is a Foreign Qualified Lawyer from India having enrolled as an Advocate at the Bar Council of West Bengal in 2017. In 2018 she passed the All-India Bar Examination. She completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) specialising in International Criminal Law at Trinity College Dublin in 2019. She brings experience in Immigration Law and Conveyancing and is currently training in Family Law and Personal Injury Law.
Having successfully completed the FE-1 examinations in 2025, she is set to commence her Solicitor Traineeship in 2026. In addition to English, she is fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Bengali, allowing her to assist a broad range of clients, particularly from non-EEA backgrounds. |
